The location right by Kyobashi Station made everything so convenient. Just a short walk to Tokyo Station, and many shops and restaurants were nearby. My Superior Double Room was clean and spacious, a pleasant surprise for Tokyo standards. However, the bed felt a bit hard, and the pillows didn't provide enough comfort for my liking. Another minor issue was the limited English television options available. Despite these small complaints, the professionalism of the staff stood out, especially when I needed assistance late at night. I made quick use of the washing machines, though they were often busy, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel provided a welcoming and enjoyable stay despite some small drawbacks.

The bed could use some improvement. it felt a bit uncomfortable for extended sleeping. It was also a letdown to discover the room size might be tight for two travelers carrying big suitcases, which made moving around a bit challenging.

I loved the spacious room with a luxurious bathroom that had a separate shower and tub—such a nice surprise! The on-site 7-Eleven was super handy for quick snacks and drinks. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t replenish bottled water after the first day, but we managed just fine. 😊

i had a fantastic stay at daiwa roynet hotel. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station yet surprisingly quiet at night. the room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable bedding. The staff was amazing too. they even took care of our insulin shot medicine for two weeks after we accidentally left it in the fridge. there’s a handy 7-Eleven right in the lobby for snacks.

Family with children could have a good time
The room we got was spacious which is rare in this place and it had a nice bathroom too. The staff were really friendly when we asked for a different room due to a smell that wouldn't go away.
It was a bit pricey but still reasonable for what we got.
